Kill the Weeds

Salt is a wonderful way to kill weeds without coating your yard in chemicals that are harmful to the environment and down right dangerous if you have children or pets. Try this salt solution for spots you have to weed eat like along fences.

• Heat water and salt in a saucepan until salt is completely dissolved.
• When the salt brine is cool pour it into the spray bottle.
• Spray the whole plant, make sure the leaves and stem are soaked all the way to the ground. Do not spray into the ground or on to the grass.
• Repeat 24 hours later.
