Snowing and Muffin

A few days ago, I was so excited and happy that seem like the winter is almost over. Unfortunately, it was not. The winter came back with two to three inches of snow. It has been two days now that it was snowing here in Michigan and yet still pretty damn cold. I hate being cold all the time because it gives me skin dryness and chapped lips. My hands will sore because I need to put lotion to lack in the moisture. It has been four years now that I am experiencing this and I hate it though. I hope this winter will soon be over because I missed wearing sleeveless clothing and shorts...lol!

Anyway, my husband has been craving for muffins a few days ago, and so last weekend, she asked me to bake some muffin. I did not bake though because I don't know how. I never been baking muffin before in my entire life, even when I was still in the Philippines. I don't like muffin that much as well though. So, he asked me to bake some muffin so I went to the store and bought some muffin mix. I have found this blueberry muffin, he likes blueberry so I guess, this is going to be a perfect muffin for him. So, when I came home, I cooked the muffins and follow the instructions on the box. It turns out so good and I was a bit excited with the outcome.


It was so good and I can't stop myself not to eat one or two. Now, I am into muffins! And I am looking forward to bake more muffins sometime soon...
