Saturday 6: Questions for October 24

Here are this Saturday 6 questions:

1. What is the most unusual ethnic food you’ve had at a restaurant recently? = Well, I would consider the frog legs, if you consider it as an ethnic food. I also had a chance to eat some chicken intestines barbecue and some chicken feet! They're taste so good, never I imagine!

2. What is the last ethnic dish you tried to make at home?= I think it was when I cook a chicken liver for dinner. Now, I am missing it again.

3. Regarding your answer to question 2, was your concoction better or worse than you’d hoped? = It was better. I never had any concoction because I have tried those menus, but it's worth it, and now I am looking forward to eat at that restaurant again.

4. What exotic dish do you most wish you could replicate in your own kitchen? = I would love to do the Filipino style barbecue sauce, but I can't do it perfectly. I don't know why, maybe because of lack of ingredients available.
