Weight Loss programs, Is it really effective?

The question is: did you really know that 90% quick weight loss program do not work? Well, I think it will depend on one’s metabolism if the weight loss program that they were trying to do is working. I have met some people who did lose weight by dieting and to have a proper diet meal, and also this so called dieting after 6pm where you don’t need anything after 6 pm. Also, I have met people who haven’t lose any weight no matter what they do unless when they took a diet pill then it works well plus with exercise and proper diet meal plan. So, I think it depends. If a person had a good metabolism, good health, then I guess a weight loss program might work for them. So it is really better to try and see which way is effective for you to lose weight and be fit.
